Overview
The Virtualization Consultant will play a crucial role in supporting and engineering VMware and Nutanix infrastructure within a large enterprise environment. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced VMware Engineer to gain hands-on experience with Nutanix while contributing to a significant tenant-to-tenant migration and overall infrastructure transformation. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize virtualization strategies and improve operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Support and engineer VMware and Nutanix infrastructure across a large enterprise environment.
- Contribute to tenant-to-tenant migration and the broader infrastructure transformation.
- Manage and support Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teams to assess and enhance virtualization strategies.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware in a large enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Nutanix is beneficial but not essential.
- Open to strong VMware professionals seeking to expand their expertise into Nutanix.
