Overview
This role offers an experienced Virtualization Engineer the chance to enhance their VMware skills while gaining hands-on experience with Nutanix as part of a substantial infrastructure transformation and migration project. The contractor will collaborate within a large-scale enterprise environment, engaging with various technologies including Windows Server, Azure, and Microsoft 365, contributing to a tenant-to-tenant migration effort.
Responsibilities
- Support and engineer VMware and Nutanix infrastructure across a large enterprise environment.
- Contribute to the major tenant-to-tenant migration and wider infrastructure transformation.
- Support Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
- Provide hands-on assistance to technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware in a large enterprise environment.
- Experience across Windows Server, Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
- Nutanaix experience is beneficial but not required; strong VMware professionals looking to expand into Nutanix are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
