Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading retail organization on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and map processes for a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) program designed to modernize the retail estate.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and document processes related to the PLM program.
- Map existing ('as is') and future ('to be') processes for retail operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on business analysis.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and the PLM initiative.
- Document changes and updates to ensure accurate project tracking.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the retail sector.
- Hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of gathering diverse requirements.
- Ability to document and map processes effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in leading workshops and collaborative sessions.
- Understanding of retail business operations and challenges.
