Business Analyst

Overview

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in modernising the retail estate of an industry-leading business by contributing to a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) programme. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, the analyst will gather requirements and map processes to ensure the project's success. This role calls for an individual with a strong background in the retail sector and specific experience in PLM initiatives, who can effectively document existing and future processes.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyse business requirements for the PLM programme.
  • Map current ('as is') and future ('to be') processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives.
  • Document processes and ensure clarity in requirements capture.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide hands-on support for PLM-related activities and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the retail sector.
  • Hands-on experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) projects.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and process documentation.
  • Ability to map 'as is' and 'to be' processes effectively.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with diverse teams.
