Overview
The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in modernising the retail estate of an industry-leading business by contributing to a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) programme. Working collaboratively with stakeholders, the analyst will gather requirements and map processes to ensure the project's success. This role calls for an individual with a strong background in the retail sector and specific experience in PLM initiatives, who can effectively document existing and future processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements for the PLM programme.
- Map current ('as is') and future ('to be') processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and objectives.
- Document processes and ensure clarity in requirements capture.
- Facilitate discussions and workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Provide hands-on support for PLM-related activities and initiatives.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the retail sector.
