Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with proficiency in Go and TypeScript to join a dynamic SaaS/FinTech technology company. In this hybrid role based in Manchester, you will collaborate with a dedicated engineering team to develop cloud-native applications that manage complex B2B operations and ensure the reliability of multiple AI agents in production. Your contributions will directly impact the evolution of our innovative technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain scalable B2B SaaS and workflow solutions.
- Develop cloud-native services using an API-first approach.
- Modernise established applications and business logic for a cloud-first architecture.
- Build automation that is testable, maintainable and designed to scale.
- Work with TypeScript/JavaScript and modern containerised environments.
- Maintain systems where multiple AI agents run simultaneously, focusing on output verification and validation.
- Contribute to architecture and technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and engineering automation.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Experience building and operating cloud-native applications.
- Proficiency in containerisation technologies.
- Knowledge of major cloud platforms and understanding of cloud-native vs vendor-specific services.
- Understanding of APIs, automation, CI/CD and modern software delivery practices.
- Familiarity with high-performance languages like Go/Golang.
- Experience in multi-agent AI systems, especially around output verification and validation.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
