Overview
As a Business Central Business Analyst, you will be integral to a major ERP transformation initiative, focusing on the migration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to a cloud environment. You will collaborate with senior finance stakeholders to conduct discovery activities, analyze current processes, and recommend improvements while guiding the project towards successful implementation. Your role will involve facilitation, documentation, and strategic engagement with various teams and partners.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with finance stakeholders.
- Gather and document business requirements effectively.
- Produce As-Is and To-Be process maps and BPMN documentation.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Challenge existing processes and provide recommendations for enhancements.
- Create requirements packs and assist in solution design activities.
- Collaborate closely with implementation partners and project teams.
- Support the overall ERP transformation programme through analysis and discovery activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience documenting requirements in complex business environments.
- Proficient in process mapping, BPMN, and business process modelling.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central environments.
- Ability to challenge and drive process improvements among stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of finance teams and their processes.
- Strong documentation skills, including BRDs and functional requirements.
