Overview
The Program Manager will oversee a complex client migration and platform implementation program within a leading global fund administration and corporate services provider. This role involves managing multiple workstreams, such as client onboarding and data migration, while liaising with stakeholders across investment management, technology, and operations. The Program Manager will ensure the successful delivery of the project by coordinating activities and mitigating risks throughout the migration process.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex client migration programme.
- Manage multiple workstreams covering data migration, client onboarding, and platform integration.
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, managing milestones and risks.
- Act as the primary interface between client stakeholders and internal teams.
- Oversee data migration activities, including data mapping and validation.
- Coordinate technical integration activities involving APIs and data feeds.
- Manage UAT, parallel runs, and reconciliation sign-off to ensure successful go-live.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for programme governance and reporting.
Requirements
- Extensive Programme/Project Management experience within Financial Services.
- Proven experience in end-to-end data migration and client onboarding programmes.
- Strong understanding of fund accounting and investor reporting.
- Experience coordinating complex, multi-workstream programmes.
- Good technical understanding of data migration, mapping, and system integrations.
- Demonstrable experience managing UAT and cutover planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments.
- Familiarity with Private Markets fund structures and investment management platforms is advantageous.
