Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects focused on SAP S/4HANA Finance and related enterprise applications. The individual will oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to go-live, collaborating with Finance, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful delivery within budget and timeline. This role requires significant expertise in project management methodologies and finance processes, emphasizing the ability to maintain momentum and manage complex project dynamics.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP and Enterprise Application projects.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets.
- Coordinate design, build, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Manage RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Provide regular project status reporting and governance updates.
- Drive issue resolution and maintain delivery momentum.
- Ensure successful transition of projects into BAU support.
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience delivering SAP or large-scale Enterprise Application projects.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
- Good understanding of finance processes such as R2R, P2P, and O2C.
- Strong governance, planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing System Integrators, vendors, and delivery teams.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or similar certification desirable.
