Overview
The Oracle Functional Consultant will support a major HR transformation initiative in multiple European markets, serving as a key advisor during the design and preparation phases of an Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. This role requires collaboration with both internal HR teams and external partners, providing expert guidance on HR processes to ensure alignment with Oracle's standard functionalities and industry best practices. Fluency in French and English is essential for effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review and challenge proposed HR processes against Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities.
- Support HR process architecture and fit-gap analysis.
- Assess functional feasibility and recommend solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Participate in design workshops with stakeholders across European countries.
- Identify design risks, functional limitations, and opportunities for standardisation.
- Review and recommend improvements to process documentation prior to sign-off.
- Act as an independent advisory resource, constructively challenging the implementation partner.
- Support the development of global HR processes while addressing local legislative needs.
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English.
- Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud across multiple functional modules.
- Strong background in HR process design and fit-gap analysis.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in Oracle Absence Management and Time & Labor is desirable.
