Overview
The Business Integration Lead will play a pivotal role in the expansion of a private equity-backed services group into Europe, reporting directly to the Transformation Director. This position involves managing the complete integration process for newly acquired entities, ensuring seamless transitions while focusing on financial and operational cohesiveness across various business units. The successful candidate will collaborate with central management and field teams to refine integration strategies and practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the on-boarding process from Day 1 readiness through to full integration.
- Develop and refine a repeatable integration playbook for future acquisitions.
- Integrate financial processes and reporting with both Group and local finance teams.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems onto Group platforms, including ERP and CRM.
- Plan and execute Day 1 and 100-day activities, ensuring operational continuity.
- Manage people, culture, and communications workstreams, focusing on retention and engagement.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful integration of acquired entities.

- Proven experience in leading the integration of acquired businesses across multiple entities.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate integration challenges in European markets, understanding local regulations.
- Strong background in finance processes and systems integration.
- Proven capability to build trust and collaborate with business leaders and field teams.

- Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and Europe as part of job responsibilities.
