Overview
The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in a significant transformation programme, working closely with an established team to drive organizational change. This contract position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in managing large-scale change initiatives, particularly those involving SAP projects. The individual will engage with stakeholders effectively and must be available to work on-site three days a week in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage change initiatives within the transformation programme.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement change strategies.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adoption of changes.
- Monitor progress and address challenges throughout the change process.
- Facilitate training and support for teams affected by the changes.
- Prepare and present reports on change management progress to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in change management on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with SAP-related projects or initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Availability to work on-site 3 days per week in West Berkshire.
- Ability to start as soon as possible.
- Capability to obtain DV Security Clearance if not currently held.
- Experience in the public sector or defence sector is preferred.
