Overview
The Oracle Cloud Programme Director will be responsible for leading a comprehensive finance transformation initiative utilizing Oracle Fusion Cloud. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the programme delivery while serving as a senior liaison between executives, finance leadership, and delivery partners. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in directing complex cloud programmes, ensuring effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own overall delivery of the Oracle Fusion Cloud programme, including scope, timeline, budget, and readiness for go-live.
- Set up and manage programme governance, including steering committees and risk management.
- Align and coordinate system integrators, internal teams, and third-party vendors across various functions.
- Serve as the primary contact for finance leadership, translating business needs into delivery priorities.
- Lead change management efforts, ensuring process simplification and user adoption post-go-live.
Requirements
- Proven experience directing large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP programmes, especially in Financials.
- Extensive programme and portfolio management experience with effective budget and resource control.
- Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, particularly CFOs and CIOs.
- Experience in global finance transformations involving multi-entity and multi-currency contexts.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and third-party teams; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
