Overview
The Quantum TMS Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Quantum trading management system within a leading Private Equity firm. The role requires close collaboration with senior stakeholders and involves vendor management, project planning, and PMO reporting. This position is ideal for candidates with significant experience in trading firms, particularly in a buy-side environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Quantum TMS for trading operations.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project goals and strategies.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantum TMS Specialist or similar role in trading firms.
- Extensive background in buy-side Private Equity or related environments.
- Strong vendor management skills with a history of successful partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with senior-level engagement experience.
- Experience with PMO practices and reporting methodologies.
