Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with an electrical bias to oversee MEP package deliveries for a long-term project. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and manage subcontractors while ensuring positive client interactions and promoting a strong health and safety culture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses extensive knowledge of M&E installations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in managing MEP projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with client representatives and subcontractors.
- Attend site meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture among the workforce.
- Manage changes occurring throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager, particularly in electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of M&E installations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience managing subcontractors on large projects.
