Overview
We are looking for a D365 CE Business Analyst to support a major customer in Higher Education, primarily working with a Microsoft Partner. The contractor will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and facilitate Agile methodologies, ensuring successful project outcomes. While the role is predominantly remote, there may be occasional travel to Birmingham if needed.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile sprints.
- Ensure successful implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to provide project updates and gather feedback.
- Document processes and provide training materials as needed.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and optimization.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 CE.
- Strong skills in user story creation and defining acceptance criteria.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of Higher Education sector is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a consulting or partner environment is a plus.
