Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Programme Manager to lead a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Separation Programme. In this role, you will oversee the integration of multiple workstreams into a cohesive delivery plan, ensuring that senior stakeholders are kept informed of progress and risks. The position is focused on managing the transition from a legacy ERP platform and delivering the project across various geographic phases, with significant engagement with both internal teams and implementation partners.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an integrated programme roadmap, highlighting milestones and dependencies.
- Coordinate efforts among Finance, Technology, process owners, and the Shared Services Centre.
- Track implementation partner commitments and ensure their activities align with the overall ERP plan.
- Provide governance, manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) items, and deliver executive reporting.
- Assess readiness across various domains including data, testing, and training.
- Coordinate go-live activities and hypercare across different programme delivery waves.
- Manage stakeholder communications and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP programmes, with preference for candidates with separation experience.
- Experience in coordinating multiple workstreams, delivery partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong skills in programme governance, dependency management, and delivery assurance.
- Hands-on experience with testing, cutover, and transitioning projects into support.
- Ability to mobilize quickly and meet fixed deadlines.
- Experience with technology separation or migrating from a legacy ERP platform is highly relevant.
