Overview
The D365 SCM Support Consultant will play a vital role in assisting a global end user with the rollout of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO), particularly in the areas of supply chain management, manufacturing, and production. The consultant will work predominantly from home, providing support during and after the go-live phase of the implementation, and will collaborate with an implementation team to meet user needs efficiently. This position will require occasional travel to an office located on the outskirts of London.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and business process support for the new ERP implementation.
- Assist in the delivery of new solutions and enhancements to production.
- Participate in testing and validation processes as needed.
- Resolve operational incidents and work closely with users to manage and address issues.
- Collaborate with business partners to devise innovative solutions.
- Advise on process execution and improvement strategies.
- Support user adoption through the creation of training materials.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (SCM).
- Experience in the manufacturing and production sectors.
- Proven ability to resolve issues at 2nd and 3rd line support levels.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience working on multi-country/global projects preferable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Adeptness in adapting to challenges and changes in the work environment.
