Overview
The Data Analytics MI Transformation Lead will be responsible for leading the migration from Alteryx and Tableau to Snowflake and Omni within a fintech environment. Collaborating closely with the Head of Data Platforms and Engineering, this role aims to redesign the management information capability to align with future business needs, emphasizing the need for substantial reengineering and stakeholder management throughout the transition.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of data analytics tools from Alteryx and Tableau to Snowflake and Omni.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to redesign management information capabilities.
- Assess the existing data analytics estate and define the target approach.
- Prioritize and execute the migration plan in alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate new tooling for acceleration and automation opportunities.
- Ensure disciplined delivery and effective stakeholder management.
- Guide the MI team through the transition and integration with Analytics and other teams.
- Deliver organizational change with tangible outcomes in the transformation process.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading data analytics migrations, specifically with tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Snowflake, and Omni.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a history of effective collaboration.
- Experience in reengineering management information capabilities in alignment with business needs.
- Ability to assess and prioritize tasks quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering organizational change and facilitating team transitions.
- A disciplined approach to project delivery with a focus on outcomes.
