Overview
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with active UKIC DV Clearance for a 12-month contract role. The successful candidate will engage in diverse tasks utilizing cutting-edge technology within a secure government program, contributing to the ongoing development and enhancement of DevOps methodologies. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with a robust background in DevOps Software Engineering and experience in securing large-scale government projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust DevOps solutions using Kubernetes and Azure Cloud services.
- Manage and optimize Linux-based environments to enhance application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support secure government initiatives.
- Continuously learn and apply the latest DevOps methods to improve project outcomes.
- Support the integration of SecOps practices and Zero Trust methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in cloud infrastructure and security.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Linux, and Azure/Cloud.
- Active UKIC DV Clearance is mandatory.
- Background in large secure government programs is highly desirable.
- Experience with SecOps or Zero Trust concepts is advantageous.
- Relevant DevOps or Cloud certifications are preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to evolving technologies.
