Overview
We are looking for a Field Quality Specialist to join a Rapid Response team, supporting an established energy storage organization across its EMEA operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing quality issues, managing corrective actions, and coordinating remediation activities on operational energy projects. This role offers a unique opportunity for professionals with experience in field operations, quality management, and technical services to drive improvements and ensure project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead remediation activities across operating projects to address quality issues and non-conformance reports.
- Drive the investigation, resolution, verification, and closure of non-conformances, ensuring proper documentation.
- Manage field resources and subcontractors, including workforce planning and execution support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Develop remediation plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and progress reports for project support.
- Standardize field operations by improving remediation procedures and operational reporting.
- Coordinate corrective actions across multiple projects to ensure efficient completion in accordance with quality requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in field operations, quality management, or technical services within the energy or engineering sector.
- Demonstrable experience managing non-conformances and conducting root-cause investigations.
- Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and technical resources across multiple projects.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Capability to develop and monitor progress on remediation plans and technical reports.
- Proactive solutions-focused approach to addressing complex site issues.
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately 25–50% of the time.
- Experience in battery energy storage systems (BESS), renewable energy, or complex energy infrastructure is advantageous.
