Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (CPQ) to join a high-profile pricing transformation project on a fully remote basis. This role involves engaging with senior business and IT stakeholders to analyze and document complex Configure, Price, Quote processes, translating these into detailed requirements for an offshore development team. The successful candidate will directly support the project leadership in delivering value through process improvements and effective communication across distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to document complex CPQ processes.
- Map current and future-state processes, detailing L2 and L4 levels where necessary.
- Identify and analyze operational inefficiencies, risks, and potential improvements.
- Translate high-level requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support defect resolution.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and address queries.
- Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and offshore development resources.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on CPQ solutions.
- Proven understanding of pricing, quoting, and lead-to-order processes.
- Experience across the full BA lifecycle including UAT and Go-Live support.
- Strong process mapping skills and documentation capabilities.
- Experience writing developer-ready user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to complex environments.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
