Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Systems Analyst to support the implementation of Ellucian Banner SaaS at a leading Higher Education institution. This fully remote contract position will involve collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes and ensure optimal value from the system. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and operational delivery during this transformation phase.
Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of Banner SaaS and enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and challenge existing workflows.
- Ensure the university maximizes its Banner investment.
- Gather requirements effectively and engage with stakeholders throughout the process.
- Drive process improvements and transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Ellucian Banner in implementation or transformation contexts.
- Strong background in Business Analysis and/or Systems Analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.
- Experience in the Higher Education sector is highly advantageous.
