Overview
We are seeking an experienced freelance Manhattan Active WMS Consultant to support a significant warehouse transformation programme. The consultant will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) and will collaborate with warehouse operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure a successful rollout and optimization of the WMS.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
- Configure, optimise and enhance the Manhattan Active platform to meet operational and business requirements.
- Work with business stakeholders and warehouse operations teams to gather requirements and improve processes.
- Support solution design activities, including integrations, APIs and data flows.
- Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, deployment and go-live readiness.
- Provide hyper care support and troubleshoot production issues following deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and supply chain operations.
- Provide technical leadership, best practice guidance and knowledge transfer throughout the programme lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end Manhattan Active WMS implementations.
- Strong configuration, customisation and optimisation experience within Manhattan Active.
- Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, logistics and supply chain processes.
- Experience supporting integrations, APIs, testing, deployments and production support activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading go-live, hyper care and operational transition activities.
