Overview
The Product Manager will oversee the development of a new AI-enabled benchmarking tool targeted at the legal sector, focusing on integrating climate commitments into legal agreements. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Product Manager will drive the product through its lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration, ensuring user, market, and technical insights inform decision-making. They will define product success metrics and facilitate adoption while contributing to the continuous improvement culture of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own product discovery by collaborating with Principal User Researcher and other stakeholders to identify key problems the product should address.
- Lead the definition and specification of the benchmarking product, transforming evidence and expert input into product requirements.
- Prioritize the product backlog in coordination with the Digital team to determine development timelines and hypotheses testing.
- Plan sprints, iterations, and releases with the Digital team to ensure high-quality product documentation.
- Collaborate across User Research, Engineering, and Partnerships to leverage expertise throughout the product lifecycle.
- Define and monitor product success metrics by integrating user feedback and product data to guide future priorities.
- Support the product's launch and adoption, using market insights to shape ongoing development.
- Contribute to measuring and reporting product impact and growth, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Prior experience in product delivery for the legal sector or professional services is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated product management skills with expertise in prioritization and decision-making based on user, market, and technical insights.
- Understanding of AI-enabled product development, especially regarding non-deterministic model outputs.
- Familiarity with MCP, LangChain/LangGraph, or similar AI technologies is beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills to define and evaluate meaningful success measures using data and user feedback.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of bridging technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience leading products across their lifecycle from discovery to iteration and launch.
- Desirable experience with legal data and AI-enabled product management.
