Overview
The Programme Manager will oversee the delivery of a significant digital transformation program within a public sector healthcare organization, primarily working remotely but with some presence in Glasgow. This role is crucial in supporting senior leadership with strategic planning, implementing digital strategies, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure the program's success.
Responsibilities
- Support senior leadership in the delivery of a large-scale transformation programme.
- Drive implementation of digital strategies and associated workstreams.
- Develop programme documentation, reporting, and governance artefacts.
- Communicate programme progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
- Produce high-quality visual materials, including presentations and infographics.
- Collaborate with business and digital teams to ensure successful programme outcomes.
- Provide proactive updates and work independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in senior Programme Management roles.
- Significant experience in healthcare sector systems and processes.
- Strong knowledge of the strategic digital landscape within the UK and internationally.
- Experience creating professional visualisations and executive-level communications.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, capable of managing priorities independently, providing regular progress updates.
- Desirable: Previous experience in public sector healthcare organizations or healthcare boards.
- Desirable: Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation and strategic change programmes.
