Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst with a focus on finance automation and the integration of AI within business processes. This contract position will involve collaborating across finance teams to enhance decision-making through technology while promoting the adoption of AI tools. The analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting an established FMCG company during a critical phase of technological adaptation.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritise practical finance use cases for AI implementation.
- Help teams incorporate AI tools like Copilot into daily workflows.
- Develop prompts, examples, and reusable methods for AI usage.
- Conduct targeted training sessions and coaching to enhance user adoption.
- Build confidence in AI capabilities across varying levels of experience.
- Facilitate the transition from experimentation to consistent AI implementation.
Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI automation solutions.
- Proven ability to improve workflows and support user adaptation.
- Strong communication skills and experience in training or mentoring.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Previous experience in an FMCG environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Business Central ERP is desirable but not essential.
- Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
