This role seeks a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to contribute to the infrastructure division of a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities
- Manage cost management processes, including CVRs and monthly valuations.
- Oversee subcontractor management and change management activities.
- Prepare and deliver commercial reporting on project performance.
- Supervise and mentor a small team of commercial staff.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives within the division.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior QS in the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors.
- Background working with main contractors on significant projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Full UK drivers' licence.
- Ability to manage teams and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
