Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of complex features for an enterprise-level B2B SaaS platform. In this fully remote role, you will engage directly with clients to gather requirements, prototype solutions, and ensure successful delivery of high-performance applications using TypeScript, React, and Node across a distributed architecture. This position emphasizes hands-on involvement and a proactive approach to product development, allowing you to drive key decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver high-performance Full Stack TypeScript applications across React and Node.
- Engage directly with clients to understand workflow requirements and produce actionable prototypes.
- Influence architecture, design patterns, and API performance for the SaaS platform.
- Utilize Claude Code and advanced workflows to enhance development efficiency and manage context.
- Craft user-friendly interfaces from low-fidelity designs while adhering to modern design principles.
- Drive company standards in code quality through peer reviews, testing, and accessibility practices.
- Manage multithreaded development tasks and coordinate parallel workflows effectively.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in TypeScript, React, and Node, along with modern front-end architecture and state management tools.
- Strong understanding of serverless AWS, RESTful APIs, and GraphQL, with experience in relational and NoSQL database modeling.
- Experience in high-volume SaaS systems with a focus on transaction-intensive environments.
- Demonstrated experience in client engagement, including leading discovery sessions and translating requirements into functional code.
- A pragmatic, results-oriented mindset with an ability to prioritize product needs effectively.
- Experience with UI design and implementing responsive interfaces without reliance on precise design assets.
