Overview
We are seeking an experienced IFS Product Owner to drive a critical IFS programme focused on Services & Maintenance and Mobile Workforce Management (MWO). This role involves ownership of the product backlog and roadmap while collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to develop effective IFS solutions. The Product Owner will play a key role in translating business requirements into actionable user stories and ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the IFS product backlog and roadmap.
- Act as the functional Product Owner for IFS Services & Maintenance and MWO.
- Work with stakeholders to capture, challenge and prioritise business requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise enhancements based on business value and programme objectives.
- Work closely with IFS functional, technical and development teams.
- Support solution design, testing, releases and user adoption.
- Identify opportunities to improve service, maintenance and field operations through IFS.
Requirements
- Strong experience working with IFS ERP / IFS Cloud.
- Previous experience as an IFS Product Owner, Functional Lead, Business Analyst or similar.
- Strong hands-on experience with IFS Services & Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of IFS MWO / Mobile Workforce Management.
- Good understanding of service, maintenance, field service and asset management processes.
- Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical IFS solutions.
