Overview
The Interim Senior FP&A Analyst - AI Lead will take charge of enhancing the financial planning and analysis processes within a rapidly-growing B2B SaaS business. This role will focus on leveraging AI technologies to automate budgeting and forecasting, build insightful dashboards, and improve key SaaS metrics, working closely with C-Suite executives to provide actionable insights and improvements across the financial model and business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Enhance FP&A functions by automating processes using AI tools in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Build key dashboards and AI agents for presentation to senior leadership teams, including the CEO and CRO.
- Prepare monthly financial packs detailing budgets versus actuals, variance analysis, and SaaS metrics for board presentation.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to provide insights into customer profitability and retention drivers.
- Redefine SaaS metrics models, focusing on ARR, CACs, CLTV, and revenue analytics.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with SaaS/Tech industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial FP&A roles.
- Strong track record of driving AI automation in financial functions.
- Proficient understanding of SaaS metrics including CACs, CLTV, ARR, NRR, and MRR.
- Experienced in partnering with C-Suite and senior leadership teams.
- Expertise in financial modeling and consumer profitability analysis.
- Available to start immediately or within a month.
