The Internal Communications Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing internal communications within a leading organization in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and management of the global employee communications platform, Connect.
- Develop and execute communication plans for key business initiatives and organizational changes.
- Partner with senior leaders to craft and disseminate strategic business messages.
- Oversee the creation and publication of content for the company intranet.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in internal, employee, or corporate communications.
- Practical experience managing digital internal communication channels and intranet platforms.
