Overview
The IT PMO Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of multiple Microsoft technology projects within a consultancy environment. In this fully remote position, the contractor will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that project activities are coordinated effectively and meet high standards of quality. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured project environment and enjoys contributing to the successful execution of project goals.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day delivery and coordination of multiple projects and workstreams.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, actions, and key project documentation.
- Track project actions and ensure owners follow through against agreed deadlines.
- Support the management and tracking of project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project reporting and status updates.
- Ensure appropriate project governance and controls are consistently followed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams to keep activities progressing.
- Identify opportunities to improve project processes and ways of working.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst in Microsoft technology projects.
- Highly organized with a methodical, process-driven approach.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience in maintaining project documentation, reporting, and governance.
- Proficient in coordinating stakeholders and supporting delivery teams.
