Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a six-month remote contract to support a series of projects within the enterprise space. The Project Manager will lead the implementation of software solutions, ensuring successful delivery of global engagements while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to keep projects on track, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project management deliverables according to the company’s Excellence playbook.
- Establish and execute project governance, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Lead recurring governance meetings and prepare related materials.
- Manage project costs, revenue forecasting, and PMO administration requirements.
- Drive project delivery within the defined parameters of scope, schedule, and quality.
- Track risks and issues, ensuring they are documented and mitigated proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuously seek improvement opportunities and identify new business prospects with customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Advanced understanding of different software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and OpenAir.
- Experience in managing global projects and delivering high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to forecast revenue with accuracy and manage project budgets.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with ITIL v3 Foundation and SharePoint is preferred.
