Overview
As a Lead Temporary Works Coordinator, you will oversee and manage temporary works requirements for the Sizewell C project, collaborating with Project Managers, site teams, contractors, and other stakeholders. This role is crucial to the execution of significant civil engineering packages within the nuclear infrastructure sector, making it ideal for candidates with substantial heavy civils experience in a dynamic project environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate temporary works requirements across the site.
- Work closely with Project Managers and site delivery teams.
- Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Support safe planning and delivery of temporary works.
- Review temporary works requirements in relation to site activities.
- Manage technical interfaces across the project.
- Ensure adherence to temporary works processes.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Temporary Works Coordinator.
- Strong background in heavy civils projects.
- Experience with HS2, bridges, tunnels, or major infrastructure.
- Confident in managing site temporary works requirements.
- Excellent technical coordination skills.
- Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, contractors, and site teams.
