Online Campaign Manager

Overview

As an Online Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of paid media campaigns supporting global employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Collaborating closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams, you will ensure the effective setup, optimization, and performance analysis of media campaigns across various platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights and present results clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the setup, optimisation and reporting of paid media campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
  • Support the delivery of talent attraction and employer branding campaigns across global markets.
  • Partner with strategy and project teams on campaign planning, audience development and creative briefing.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor performance and make data-driven optimisations across active campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned with objectives and platform best practices.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong expertise in Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok and YouTube), Programmatic / Display, and Paid Search.
  • Additional experience in OOH, SEO, CRM or wider media channels is advantageous.
  • Comfortable presenting campaign strategies, performance updates and recommendations to clients.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into compelling insights.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, tracking pixels and attribution solutions.
  • Understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable.
