Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud P2P Functional Consultant to assist in the implementation and delivery of Oracle Fusion Procurement solutions. This role will primarily involve working on procurement modules, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and overseeing the configuration and testing processes. The consultant will engage closely with both onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery and support integrations within the Oracle ERP landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional implementation and support activities across Oracle Fusion Procurement modules.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, identify process gaps and design solutions aligned with business needs.
- Lead functional design workshops, process mapping, scenario design and prototyping.
- Support configuration and solution delivery across Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing and Supplier Portal.
- Coordinate functional testing and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deliver user training and knowledge transfer to support adoption of the new procurement processes.
- Provide go-live, hypercare and post-implementation support.
- Work effectively with onsite and offshore delivery teams to ensure milestones are achieved and solutions meet business requirements.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement.
- Expertise across Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal modules.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, functional design, process mapping, and solution delivery.
- Experience supporting integrations, data migration, and reporting within Oracle Cloud environments.
- Understanding of integration with the Oracle ERP landscape, especially with financial processes.
- Experience with testing, defect resolution, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
