Overview
We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Project Manager to oversee the delivery of telecommunications projects. In this role, you will coordinate activities across technical teams, manage stakeholders, and track project milestones within a predominantly remote work environment, requiring occasional travel to Newbury. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful project delivery in the telecoms sector, utilizing your fluency in German and experience in managing technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate telecoms and technology project activities from initiation through to delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
- Coordinate technical teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
- Oversee infrastructure implementation, system integration, and testing activities.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project updates.
- Support cross-functional teams to resolve delivery challenges and maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the telecommunications industry.
- Experience delivering technical, infrastructure, or network-related projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing project plans, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Ability to coordinate technical teams and multiple workstreams.
- Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
- Comfortable working remotely, with occasional travel to Newbury when required.
