Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Service Cloud Developer to join a dynamic team on an initial 2-3 month contract, with options for part-time or full-time engagement. This role will focus on the development, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Service Cloud solutions, ensuring efficient customer service operations while collaborating closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and ready to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud applications to meet business requirements.
- Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, tables, and relationships.
- Develop business rules, workflows, and automation processes to enhance customer service operations.
- Configure workspaces, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces for improved usability.
- Manage data activities including imports, exports, and integrity checks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and configuration issues promptly.
- Support integrations between Oracle Service Cloud and third-party applications, ensuring data flow.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience in Oracle Service Cloud development.
- Proven experience configuring and developing Oracle Service Cloud solutions.
- Solid understanding of data migration, integration, and system security standards.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Ability to adapt to shifting project demands and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Oracle best practices is desirable.
- Oracle Service Cloud certifications are a plus.
