Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Forms Developer to contribute to a critical Oracle modernization project, focusing on migrating legacy Oracle Forms applications from an older E-Business Suite environment to a newer, supported Oracle platform. The contractor will validate converted forms, address conversion issues, and provide support for testing activities, working alongside internal subject matter experts and project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate migrated Oracle Forms from E-Business Suite.
- Remove dependencies specific to the legacy EBS environment.
- Resolve issues that arise from automated conversions and perform manual adjustments as needed.
- Support testing and deployment of the migrated applications.
- Collaborate closely with internal SMEs and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
- Familiarity with Oracle APEX is a plus.
- Solid understanding of Java and React frameworks.
- Experience in validating and migrating legacy applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve conversion issues.
