Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee an Oracle Fusion implementation or transformation programme, helping modernise the client's Oracle Fusion capabilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more Oracle Fusion modules, such as HR, Finance, Payroll, or HCM, and will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This role requires travel to various sites on a weekly basis.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Contribute to the integrity of functional design at the portfolio level.
- Utilise deep knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud for integration tasks.
- Oversee the application of Oracle Fusion implementation methodologies.
- Facilitate communication and influence stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards relevant to delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in Oracle Fusion implementation.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion integration capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion modules including HR, Finance, Payroll, or HCM.
- Ability to lead and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion cloud implementation methodologies.
- Security Clearance (SC) required for the role.
