Overview
We are looking for a skilled Transformation Programme Manager to oversee a major transformation initiative within a housing organization. This role focuses on managing extensive changes across systems, processes, and technology while ensuring stakeholder engagement and the successful adoption of these changes. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, engaging regularly on-site to facilitate effective program delivery across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
- Manage system upgrades, implementations, and integrations across business functions.
- Drive business process review, redesign, and optimisation activities.
- Ensure technology solutions align with organisational objectives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across executive and operational teams.
- Develop and execute business change and adoption strategies.
- Manage programme governance, risks, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and implementation partners.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering transformation programmes within Housing Associations.
- Proven background in systems transformation and digital transformation.
- Expertise in business change and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong governance and delivery management skills.
- Demonstrable success in organisational change and user adoption initiatives.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Oracle Finance, NEC Housing, or MRI Software is advantageous.
- Experience with finance and ERP transformation programmes.
