Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to lead a significant ERP and warehouse transformation programme. The contractor will coordinate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external suppliers to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to project scope. The role requires a strong focus on driving alignment among multiple stakeholders and fostering engagement across the programme.
Responsibilities
- Drive project delivery, governance, planning and reporting.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party suppliers.
- Manage project schedules, risks, actions, and dependencies.
- Ensure delivery aligns with agreed Statements of Work and project scope.
- Challenge scope creep and maintain focus on key deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement across the programme.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering complex technology or ERP projects.
- Strong third-party/vendor management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive accountability.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments.
- Confident communicator with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.
- ERP implementation or transformation experience is desirable.
- Exposure to JDE, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Experience using Smartsheet and/or Jira is beneficial.
