Overview
We are seeking a PMO Analyst to contribute to a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programme. In collaboration with the Programme Lead and delivery team, the PMO Analyst will ensure project plans are maintained, progress is visible, and communications amongst multiple stakeholders are effective. This role is key in bringing together various workstreams and keeping the project organized and on track.
Responsibilities
- Keep project plans accurate, up to date, and aligned across multiple workstreams.
- Support cutover planning by tracking dependencies and ensuring critical tasks are not overlooked.
- Utilize Azure DevOps to maintain delivery metrics, work items, and reporting.
- Follow up on actions, milestones, and commitments as needed.
- Prepare programme updates and governance materials that are clear and understandable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PMO or project coordination, particularly in complex technology or ERP transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for metrics and presentations.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations is highly desirable.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to hold team members accountable effectively.
