Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to support a significant digital transformation program within the financial services sector. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Technology, and Delivery teams to translate product strategy into actionable priorities and ensure successful delivery. You will serve as a vital liaison between business and technical teams, working to refine and manage product requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy and roadmaps into clear delivery priorities.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Technology teams.
- Gather, understand, and refine business and customer requirements.
- Manage and prioritize product requirements throughout delivery.
- Act as a key link between business and technology teams.
- Drive delivery while maintaining alignment with the wider product vision.
- Manage stakeholders across a complex transformation environment.
- Support successful end-to-end delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience working as a Product Owner.
- Previous experience within banking or financial services.
- Experience working on large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate product direction and business requirements into delivery.
- Ability to work effectively across business, technology, and engineering teams.
- Strong delivery and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates with experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, and Project Delivery are preferred.
