Overview
The Business Analyst will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with both business and technical teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements. This role involves facilitating stakeholder workshops and ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals, while supporting project delivery from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Analyze and map current and future business processes (As-Is / To-Be).
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and external partners.
- Support delivery throughout the project lifecycle in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Produce user stories and relevant supporting documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience in producing user stories and business requirements documentation.
