Overview
We are looking for an experienced Programme Test Manager to oversee testing operations across multiple delivery teams at a programme level. This role involves full ownership of the testing strategy, governance, execution, and delivery assurance, ensuring regulatory compliance and readiness for live operation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure testing activities are well-coordinated and effectively communicated across business and technical domains.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing across all delivery teams to ensure alignment and traceability.
- Develop and implement the test strategy and governance framework for large-scale programmes.
- Ensure testing activities demonstrate readiness for live operation and regulatory compliance.
- Manage execution of test activities and assure delivery quality across projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate testing progress and outcomes.
- Adapt test planning within complex delivery environments as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing programme-level testing and quality assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of test strategy and planning within regulatory transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of testing lifecycles and modern application environments.
- Experience using the Atlassian Suite for test management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both technical and business contexts.
