Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a customer-focused digital transformation program with a particular emphasis on mobile commerce and app development. The contractor will work closely with internal technology teams and external vendors to enhance customer experience across various platforms, ensuring successful integration of mobile commerce solutions. This position demands immediate availability for interviews and a proactive approach to managing complex project roadmaps and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Manage Shopify integrations with core business systems and third-party platforms.
- Drive customer experience improvements across web, mobile and loyalty channels.
- Coordinate efforts between vendors, partners, and internal technology teams.
- Oversee testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Manage associated risks, dependencies, and program governance.
- Provide regular updates on progress and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading mobile app development or mobile commerce projects, ideally with Shopify.
- Experience in implementing customer loyalty and rewards platforms.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce integrations, including CRM, ERP, and payment gateways.
- Familiarity with customer data management and Single Customer View integrations.
- Experience in delivering omnichannel customer journeys across web, mobile, and in-store.
- Ability to manage complex project delivery roadmaps and competing priorities.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
