Overview
We are seeking a skilled Contract Project Manager to oversee critical divestment and separation projects within the finance and systems sectors for a leading hospitality client. In this senior role, you will report to senior leadership and be responsible for managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives while ensuring stakeholder alignment and risk management throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of the divestment programme, from planning through to Day 1 readiness and post-separation stabilisation.
- Lead business separation workstreams alongside Finance/systems separation (ERP, POS, HR, finance systems, data migration, TSAs).
- Define and manage the programme plan, budget, RAID log, and governance framework.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, external advisors, and technology partners.
- Manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) and dependencies.
- Report progress and risks to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory, commercial, and operational continuity throughout separation.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering divestment, carve-out, or M&A separation programmes.
- Strong background in Finance and IT/systems separation.
- Experience within hospitality, retail, or similar multi-site consumer businesses preferred.
- Confident managing TSAs, third-party vendors, and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Strong governance, budgeting, and risk management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable operating at C-suite level.
