Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a critical LabVantage LIMS implementation in a highly regulated life sciences environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing LIMS projects and will work closely with various stakeholder groups to ensure compliance and data integrity throughout the program. This role presents a significant opportunity within a high-profile program, with a potential for long-term engagement across follow-up projects in Europe and the US.
Responsibilities
- Lead the LabVantage LIMS implementation project from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Manage stakeholder communications to ensure transparency and project visibility.
- Ensure compliance with relevant GxP and GMP regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to meet deadlines.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering LIMS implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with LabVantage LIMS.
- Deep understanding of GxP and GMP regulations.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups across business and technical teams.
- Track record of successful project delivery in highly regulated environments.
- Experience managing projects in life sciences or similar fields is preferred.
