Overview
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to join an ambitious early-stage HealthTech company. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated engineering team as you develop a category-leading consumer healthcare product that supports individuals in managing their health. Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, maintainable Python code for the healthcare platform.
- Create new product features and functionality in a collaborative team setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and clinical experts.
- Iterate on existing products based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
- Participate in architectural and technical discussions to shape the product roadmap.
- Support integration with APIs, databases, and ensure system robustness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Python developer with a strong engineering background.
- Experience building new products or features from scratch.
- Familiarity with full stack development, including APIs, databases, and frontend technologies.
- Experience with React is expected, while React Native is a significant plus.
- Product-minded approach to engineering, capable of thinking through 'what' and 'why' as well as 'how'.
- Understanding of regulated industry standards, preferably in HealthTech, is a bonus.
